MAIN GAME-PLAY RULES
This policy will outline the contractual agreement formed by you and our service when viewing or using our service.
Trading of Real Currency
Exchange of any and all real currencies for any good(s), service(s) and/or asset(s) in-game (other than services offered by us within the Diamond Store feature or stated within this Game Rules agreement) is strictly not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
Players breaking this rule will be suspended indefinitely and without any notice.
Trading and Sharing of Player Accounts
Supplying login credentials relating to player account(s) in-game to another player or individual outside of the game is strictly not permitted for any reason whatsoever.
Players breaking this rule will be suspended indefinitely and without any notice.
Breaching Security
Attempting to retrieve personal information such as; login details, credit or debit card details, bank details, real-life currency related details from another player in-game is not permitted. This includes phishing and/or any system attempting to retrieve details that are not rightfully the player’s own. This also includes players which are giving the stated details to other players.
Players breaking this rule will be suspended indefinitely and without any notice.
Exploiting and Scripting
Taking advantage or misusing a feature or function in a way that it was not intended to be used is strictly not permitted for any reason whatsoever. This includes use of any bug(s) or error(s) to gain an unfair advantage.
Creation and/or use of any software, program, script, browser add-on or browser extension to gain an unfair advantage in-game is strictly not permitted for any reason whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to any software, program or script, browser add-on or browser extension that automatically and/or periodically clicks any button(s) and/or types text into text-boxes or text-areas in-game.
All bugs and errors must be immediately reported to the staff via the Help Desk tab within the Help Centre feature.
Players breaking this rule will be suspended and without any notice.
Multiple Accounts
Each player must only have one account. Creation of multiple accounts per person is not permitted.
Family member(s) are allowed to register an account on the same internet network, however accounts registered and/or played on the same internet network must not exchange any good(s), service(s) and/or asset(s) in-game.
Players breaking this rule will be suspended and without any notice.
Escrow Service
This feature must only be used for transferring cash, money, diamonds, cars, items from your inventory and/or casinos in-game.
Players breaking this rule will be suspended and without any notice.
SOCIAL RULES
These are rules that relate to any form of communication within the game, which includes but is not limited to: all forums, the mailbox feature and all other communicative methods, features and/or functions.
Main Language
Only use of the English language is allowed throughout the whole game. Use of any other language other than English is not permitted within any feature and/or function in-game.
Advertising
Any form of product and/or service advertising other than those provided for the game is not permitted.
Discrimination
Derogatory words either directly or indirectly in any form such as; religion, ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability and/or age is not permitted.
Harassment
Any form of harassment on another player; this includes name-calling is not permitted.
Impersonation
Impersonation of any real-life person(s) or fictional character(s) within the game and/or outside of the game is not permitted.
Negative Encouragement
Encouraging other players to commit a "Terms and Conditions" collective offence is not permitted.
Offensive Content
Content that is unsuitable for minors in any form which include; sexually explicit, pornographic or graphically violent material depicted in videos, sounds, images and/or text is not permitted.
Offensive Language
Profanity that is used to bypass the word filter implemented for the game is not permitted.
Spamming
Multiple messages, topics, comments and/or replies regarding the same text, subject and/or topic is not permitted.
A warning will be given to players that break any of these rules (if it is their first offence). Suspensions may also occur as decisions are based on the sole discretion of each staff member.
Players breaking these rule(s) more than once will be suspended and without any notice.
SPECIFIC GAME-PLAY RULES AND INFORMATION
Bullet Factory
A bullet factory that is owned by a player that is on a temporary suspension will still be accessible to other players; other players will be able to purchase the available stock until it is depleted or until the suspension has been lifted.
A bullet factory that is owned by a player that is on a permanent suspension will still be accessible to other players; other players will be able to purchase the available stock until it is depleted or until the suspension has been lifted. If the appeal is declined for the player on suspension, the specific bullet factory will be removed from the player’s account and made available to the public by a member of staff.
A bullet factory that has been entered into an escrow transaction while the suspension was given can be removed from the player’s account and made available to the public by a member of staff.
Casino (Blackjack, Keno, Race Track, Roulette and Slot Machine)
Any casino that is owned by a player that is on a temporary suspension will still be accessible to other players; other players will be able to place bets.
Any casino that is owned by a player that is on a permanent suspension will be frozen; other players will not be able to place bets. If the appeal is declined for the player on suspension, the specific casino will be removed from the player’s account and made available to the public by a member of staff.
Mafia
If the leader of a specific mafia is shot at and hospitalised, the mafia leader will change and become the highest ranked player in the highest ranked position within the stated mafia.
If all members of a mafia are hospitalised, the mafia will no longer exist and will be removed from the list of mafias.
Escrow Service
The main purpose of this feature is for players to exchange different assets or items in-game, using this feature for anything other than what is stated within this document is not permitted.
Staff Member Communication
Each staff member has the right to deactivate their use of the mailbox (messaging system) at their leisure.
Each staff member is not obliged to reply to all messages that they receive, if you have an important question or problem; please direct them to the 'Help Desk' feature and create a new ticket.
Suspensions
Staff members will not discuss suspensions based on another player.
Discussing a suspension within any of the forums or messaging systems with another player is not permitted.
Permanent or indefinite suspensions will only be discussed within the appeal messaging system; shown when a player is suspended, as soon as they sign into their account from the homepage.
Account Boosting
Players who have been hospitalised by another player who have committed a violation of the "Terms and Conditions" collective and have had their appeal declined from their suspension, will have their account boosted. This may include an increase in any one or more of the following:
This will solely be based on the discretion of the staff member dealing with your case.
Organised Crimes
An organised crime can only be committed once each member is online and in the same location.
Scams that happen within an organised crime is not an offence stated within the "Terms and Conditions" collective, therefore no suspensions will be given.
Player Shootings
Attempts at decreasing the overall quality of our service by shooting mass amounts of players is not permitted. For example, attempting to or successfully shooting all players whom of which are online.
Players attempting to protect a specific player from being shot at by shooting at them with a low amount of bullets is not permitted. This is also known as shooting or firing "safety shots".
Email Address
Only one single email address must be used per player, more than one single email is not permitted unless you have been permanently suspended on an account.
Miscellaneous
Each feature is to be used as they are intended to be used, using a feature for a purpose other than intended is not permitted.
Each player account is to be used for the sole purpose of playing the game how it is intended to be played, using an account to solely hold cash or to hold cash in a bank, or for any other purpose is not permitted.
