TERMS OF PURCHASE

This policy will outline the contractual agreement formed by you and our service when making a purchase.

Your Agreement With Us

You fully agree that our service will not be responsible or accountable for the loss of any diamonds or monthly subscription bundle items on your account after you have received them. This includes but is not limited to, selling or buying diamonds through the Marketplace feature or using the Escrow feature to transfer diamonds to another user.

You fully agree that our service will only be responsible and accountable for the diamonds or monthly subscription bundle items that are added to your account after you have made a purchase. After you have received this, you are solely responsible.

You fully agree that our service will not be responsible for unauthorised access to your account and loss of any diamonds or monthly subscription bundle items due to these circumstances.

You fully agree that you will not exchange diamonds or monthly subscription bundle items on your account for any and all real currencies, for any good(s), service(s) or asset(s) within the service or outside of the service by third-parties or users. You are only entitled to receive diamonds or monthly subscription bundle items by us within the ‘Diamond Store’ feature.

DIAMONDS AND MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Types of Services That We Offer

There are two types of services that we offer for purchase, which can be added onto your user account after a purchase is made. They are the following:

  • One-Time Diamonds – These are diamonds that can be bought using a single payment method, no recurring bill charges will be given.
  • Monthly Subscriptions – These are package deals which can be bought using a monthly payment system, your credit or debit card will be charged on the same day each month. However, this can be cancelled at any time.

Diamonds will immediately appear in your account after purchase, if you have not received your diamonds after 2 hours then please create a new ticket within the 'Help Desk' feature; addressing this problem (be sure to include the order number).

Monthly subscription bundle items will immediately appear in your account after purchase, however if you have not received all items from your bundle after 2 hours then please create a new ticket within the 'Help Desk' feature; addressing this problem (be sure to include the order number).

Currency Exchange Rates

Any and all exchange rates that are shown within our system are approximate figures only and may vary to the actual payment taken, please refer to your credit or debit card provider or PayPal (whichever payment method you have chosen) for exact figures on rates.

Currency prices will vary from day-to-day. We are not responsible for the increase or decrease in exchange rates; as we do not have control over this.

Not Receiving Your Diamonds / Creating a Dispute

Please avoid creating a dispute with our payment processor if you have not received your diamonds or monthly subscription bundle items within 2 hours. Please contact us directly through the Help Desk (be sure to include the order number) and we will try to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Creating an unnecessary dispute may get your account permanently suspended at any time without notice.

Refunds

Diamonds which are purchased using a single payment method cannot be refunded.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. However, payments that have already been made before the cancellation cannot be refunded.

Reset

A reset is a complete removal of any and all data from the databases within our servers and when the service is restarted. This may occur due to multiple reasons, from a major bug or exploit that has been found too late or just a clean restart of our service, although this is very unlikely to happen; we will let all users know before a reset takes place. All members of our staff will always attempt to ensure that our service is safe, secure and functional as intended to.

In the very unlikely event of a reset, all diamonds and monthly subscriptions that have been purchased will automatically be cancelled and removed; since all data will be erased from our system.

By purchasing diamonds or monthly subscriptions, you agree and comply that you will not be reimbursed for these due to a reset; meaning that you will not be receiving a refund of the payment.

We do offer an option to reclaim any diamond purchase or monthly subscription purchase within a 56-day period, please read the “Reclaim Diamonds” section below for more information regarding this.

Rollback

A rollback is where a previous back-up of our servers is implemented to overcome a bug or exploit. This may occur after the problem has been identified, patched and updated on our service. The date and time at which the rollback takes place at will completely depend on when the last safest date and time was in our service before the bug or exploit had taken affect.

In the unlikely event of a rollback, your account will contain all items and assets it had to the date of the rollback. For example, if our service has a rollback to one week before; your account will contain all items and assets it had one week prior to the rollback taking place.

If you had purchased diamonds or a monthly subscription service on a new account and the new account has been erased due to a rollback; the diamonds or monthly subscription service can be reclaimed onto your previous account.

Reclaiming Your Diamonds or Monthly Subscription

As a gesture of good-will, we have introduced the option of reclaiming diamonds or subscription services.

  • One-Time Diamonds – Any diamond purchase that has been purchased within 56 days prior to a reset can be restored back onto your account. Only one purchase can be reclaimed back onto your account, please be sure to use the email address of the order which contains the most amount of diamonds purchased, as you are only allowed one reclaim per account.
  • Monthly Subscriptions – If you have purchased a monthly subscription while there are still days remaining on your subscription (e.g. if you have purchased a subscription package on the 1st of January 2017 and our system is reset on the 2nd of January 2017; you have 29 days remaining), the remaining days of your subscription can be restored back onto your account. Subscription service bundle items will not be restored back onto your account.

This option can be accessed within the “Reclaim” tab within the ‘Diamond Store’ feature after a reset or a rollback has occurred.

Only diamonds within the stated 56-day limit can be reclaimed, you cannot reclaim outside of this time-frame.

Using the "Reset Reclaim" function will reset the diamonds and/or subscription service that you have on your current account and add the amount of diamonds and/or subscription service that had been purchased within the order that you have successfully reclaimed.

Unfortunately, the "Reset Reclaim" function cannot add the reclaimed diamonds in addition to the amount of diamonds you already have on your account; so please be sure that you have no diamonds in your account before you reclaim.

Using the "Rollback Reclaim" function will reset the subscription service that you have on your current account and add the subscription service that had been purchased with the order that you have successfully reclaimed.

Unfortunately, the "Rollback Reclaim" function will only restore your previous monthly subscription service, it will not restore any of your diamonds.

Only monthly subscription services which have remaining days can be reclaimed. Monthly subscriptions that are reclaimed will not be automatically renewed, you will need to subscribe again after it expires.

Voiding Your Diamonds or Monthly Subscriptions Reclaim

Although you can reclaim diamonds or monthly subscription service, the following events will lead to your reclaim becoming void:

  • The account used to purchase the diamonds or subscription service was not yours.
  • The account used to purchase the diamonds or subscription service was suspended.
  • The account used to purchase the diamonds or subscription service had on-going disputes or debts.
  • You have forgotten the email address that was associated with the diamonds or subscription service purchase.

Unfortunately, in the above circumstances, you will not be able to reclaim any diamonds or monthly subscription services which you may have purchased.

Expiration of Diamonds

All diamonds that are purchased have an expiration date of up to one year (365 days) from the date of purchase, you must ensure that you either use them within the "Diamond Store" feature or trade them using the "Escrow Service" feature within the given time-frame before they expire.

Diamonds that are traded and received within the "Escrow Service" feature also accounts to the same rule of having an expiration date.

We are not held accountable for diamonds that have expired and have been deducted from your account, thus we will not give you a refund.
