If you have registered an account with us, your username, profile image and/or user avatar may be displayed across different features within our service; one of which includes your personal profile. However, displaying a profile image or user avatar is completely optional and is only displayed when you have uploaded or selected an image (for both cases). There is other account information that can be hidden from your user profile by visiting the Settings feature and selecting or unselecting specific options.
We offer the option to use our service via social media platforms, such as; Facebook, Twitter or Google+. When signing into our service using one of these platforms, we gather information and data such as your full name and profile avatar.
When you contact a staff member within our service (whether it was by the messaging system, forum, help-desk or email address), we may keep a record of the communication to ensure that issues are resolved once they appear.
You may be contacted via your email address by our service about important information or updates, offers or discounts, or improvements that we might have made to our service.
Most features within our service are automated, which means that you may be provided with a complete different user experience than another user, this will be based on your statistics within our service or what you do when you use our service; meaning that information that is displayed to you may vary for another user.
We may use, pass on or permit third-parties/advertisers to use your data, to provide you with information on goods or services that may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you in regards to this via email address.
Although we do not disclose personal information about you or data which may personally identify you to third-parties or advertisers, we may provide them with a collection of data to improve advertisements or to reach a specific requirement for such advertisements. For example, letting them know that 200 users that were men aged 30 or over have clicked a specific advertisement.

The Infraction processes and stores information on servers that may be located outside of your country or region, this may be due to having multiple servers or relocation of servers.
All information and personal data provided to our service by you are securely stored within our servers. Payments which are made by you through our selected payment gateways will be protected by SSL technology; this is ensured by the ("HTTPS") that is visible within the address bar of your browser.
You are responsible for the transmission of your information or data through to our service, although we will use our best methods to keep your information secure once it reaches our servers; transmission of data via the internet will never be fully secure regardless of what website you visit.

Our service provides multiple functions where you can communicate with staff members or other users, which includes; a messaging system (communication method between two users only), forums, help-desk and other methods. Any and all information that you share may be available to the public and therefore may be indexable by search engines. It is at your own risk what type of information that you share with other users which is not required by us to use or access our service.

There will be multiple features which may require personal information, this is to ensure that our service functions as it is intended to. For example, paying for in-game assets will require your name, address, debit/credit card details or other credentials for us to receive your payment successfully. Please note that your payment details are not stored within our servers, they will be stored externally to the payment processor that we use; however, this is very secure.
Accessing and updating your personal information
Whenever you use our service, we will always try to provide you with a way of accessing your personal information; this can be done by accessing the “Settings” feature once you have signed into your account.
We give you the option to update your name, password, email address and more, if you need to do so. It is required by us to ensure that your personal information is always up-to-date if changes are apparent, for example; if you have legally changed your name or have created a new email address, you must update this within our service.
We also give you the option to remove specific information that you may not want displayed to the public; to other users. For example, the mutual friends function in your public profile can be disabled.
